What is the return policy?
You have a 20 day return policy upon the day you receive your order.
How long does it take to ship?
It depends where you live. If in the US, some products can be same week, others up to 2 weeks. We detail this out on each individual product page within the item description.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters is in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What is the scale and size of the kit I am purchasing?
We detail sizing and scale within the product details on each product page. Every product has a different size, and we do our best to detail this within the product description. If it is not listed please contact us with our chat, or email info@boundlessbuilder.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How does the bidding market work?
In the bidding market, customers can either list items for bid, or bid on items themselves. All items listed are building toys or construction sets from similar categories featured on our website. Customers list their items at an entry price, and other users can then bid up until the item bid expires. We will facilitate the payments and logistics of the bids and items. Boundless Builder makes 2% of each bid sale. We are not liable for false statements made be sellers in the market, nor are we liable for product quality within the market. If any offenders do start to appear we will ban them immediately.
What is the used LEGO category?
Used Legos is simply used Legos for sale. Boundless Builder does not have a license to sell new Legos, however we do sell Legos looking for a new home. These are Lego sets that are donated to us, or we procure through auctions, sales, and similar platforms. There are no returns or refunds on used Legos, and we cannot garuntee used Lego sets will have all pieces or be in new condition. We will do our best to assure we document all aspects of the item in the description.
